1. The filling of the Registration Cum Admission Form does not guarantee a
seat in the school. The admission of my ward will be granted on the basis of availability of seats, his/her academic progress, written exam,
interaction, and also if the applicant fulfills the overall criteria for admission as per the School norms. |
2. The admission given to your child shall remain provisional in nature till
such time the authenticity of the documents furnished by you is determined by Jayshree Periwal High School. In case any of the documents
submitted by you are proven to be false, fabricated, and obtained by any fraudulent means, the admission granted to your child shall
stand canceled. |
3. The required documents must be furnished by you to the school within
seven days from the date of submission of the admission form failing which the admission shall stand canceled. |
4. The amount once paid as tuition fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Only Caution Money can be claimed on producing the Original receipt of the fee paid at the time of admission. Caution Money cannot be claimed
after six months of the child leaving school. |
5. Payment of tuition fee made after the expiry of “Pay by Date” shall attract Late Fee Payment @ Rs. 50/- per day. |
6. The tuition fee of the School is payable quarterly and not monthly. As
such, even if the ward attends school for a single day in a quarter (April, July, October, and January), the fee for the entire quarter will be
charged. |
7. If your ward is admitted during any quarter of the session,you are expected to pay the quarter fee within seven days, else the school will allot the seat to the next deserving candidate. |
8. The tuition fee payable to the school, as informed to the parents, is
commensurate with its facilities, faculty, and infrastructure. |
9. The school retains the right to determine the fee slabs and the fee payment structure. |
10. The responsibility for the financial commitment that you have made lies with you only. |
11.
Mobile phones, iPods, expensive gadgets, valuables, etc. are not permitted in the school premises. School is not responsible for their loss,
it will be confiscated and if found with the students, will not be returned.

In case your ward goes for an Inter School Activity/ Workshop/Competition/Field Trips/Sports Meet. The parent shall not have any concerns in
sending him/her for the same.

13. You will be required to maintain dignity and decorum while interacting
with the school authorities/Director/Principal/Coordinator/Class Teacher and any other staff of the school. |
14. Discipline plays a very important role in one’s life hence the school would take
some measures to enforce discipline. You shall abide by the school management’s decision and action regarding the matters pertaining to disciplinary matters. |
15. You will refrain from making derogatory remarks/ statements against Management/ Administration, Principal, and staff of the school. |
1. The school shall not be responsible for: |
(a) A deliberate or intentional act done by the student that results in injury or is fatal. |
(b) The student bunking the school and thereafter watching movies, joining, associating, or mixing with
antisocial elements,drug traffickers and thereby invoking the provision of I.P.C and Cr. P.C. |
(c) The student, if out of despair and disgust, injures or tries to injure him/her-self. |
(d) Any mishap that may be due to a natural disaster or a human-made accident on a picnic, an outing,
an educational tour, a sightseeing trip, or other similar activities. |
(e) The children while running, playing, commuting, or going on excursions and field trips may get
physically injured or hurt over which the school may not have control and for that, the school will not be liable. |
(f) Any injury caused to the student while playing, running, or engaging with peers and any activity
due to the act of nature or otherwise during the normal course of his/her studying or attending the school. |
Note: |
1. The school does not sell books, stationery, uniforms, accessories, etc, and does not compel students to buy from any particular vendor. |
2. In the case of children commuting by parents' vehicle/ private vehicle, the parents have to ensure that the police verification of the driver has been done. |

1. I hereby declare that the information given by me in this admission form is true and correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief. |
2. Having read the rules, regulations, and procedures laid down by the school carefully, I am
desirous of having my child educated at Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur. I hereby agree to abide by the School’s code of conduct. |
3. We have made satisfactory arrangements for the remittance of school fees within due dates without
waiting for a reminder from the school. |
4. It is understood that you have read the rules and admission criteria if you will fill out this
admission form for seeking admission to your ward. |
5. I understand that only after the payment of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) as the Registration form
fee my application will be processed further. |
